Reset, Renew & Reclaim: A Retreat Rooted in Purpose

I created this retreat because I know what it feels like to be running on empty. Like so many women who serve, lead, and nurture others, I’ve walked through seasons of burnout—quietly wondering when it would be my turn to feel nourished, grounded, and whole again.

Through my own journey of resilience, I discovered the power of intentional self-care—the kind that’s not just about green smoothies or quick fixes, but about listening deeply to what your body and spirit are asking for. That’s when my healing began… and it’s why I now hold space for other women to do the same.

The Reset, Renew & Reclaim Retreat is a 1-day immersive wellness experience with an optional overnight stay—designed to help women unplug from overwhelm, reconnect with their bodies, and realign with their inner wisdom. It’s where transformation begins, not with hustle, but with presence.
